We wanted to give a huge shout out to the artists we listen to in the shop daily, who are actually from our neck of the woods! We are extremely lucky to live in a community that values live music and the arts so much. Yes, Cumberland is home to some of the best mountain biking trails, but it is also home to some of the most talented musicians we have had the pleasure of seeing live. We are often amazed at the artists who make their way to our small little town to play at our local pub, The Waverly, but we are also, blown away by some of the albums produced by locals, who we have been lucky enough to see live at even smaller venues, including right here at Moon's Records. Here are a few we are spinning these days and we can say for certain that they will be on rotation for years to come.
The first band on the list, The Burying Ground, will be performing here at the shop on March 3rd for the second time! Tickets will go on sale soon, so stayed tuned!
