UNOPENED!!  Release was unsealed from factory.  I added some tape to the top of the poly bag to make sure I didn't ever play it.  Bottom of poly bag has some rubbing from being on shelf.  The poly bag is not unique in any way, just a generic one easily replaced if you want a perfect poly bag.
