Beatles 45rpm - Do You Want To Know A Secret

This record has been play-tested and plays back as a Near Mint.  Under close inspection under bright light, there a a couple very faint marks that do not affect the playback.  

Comes in black and white CAPITOL paper sleeve that is lightly creased.  

Side A has small initial written on label "DKH" in blue pen
