Cover Art appears nicely, but does have a split along bottom middle and top right both about 3 inches long.  Vinyl side one plays through with a noticeable repetitive crackle throughout Side One. Doesn't skip.  I'd say Side one is a "G".  Side 2 plays way better as a solid VG with no repetitive clicks, pops or crackles, but some moderate noise from time to time.
